– No Smoking: For the comfort and well-being of all our guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy throughout the premises.
– Maximum Guests: Our villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests, ensuring a cozy and enjoyable experience for everyone.
– Minimum Age of Primary Renter: The primary renter should be at least 21 years old.
